His Story

Growing up in a family of artists, Gregory originally imagined a future in visual art, but everything changed when he discovered Hip-Hop. After exploring every corner of the culture—from B-Boying and MCing to drawing graffiti-inspired comics—he found his true voice on the turntables and became a DJ at just 17. Before long, he was immersed in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul Hip-Hop scenes, helping shape the creative circle that would become Rhymesayers and quickly making a name for himself through relentless dedication and undeniable skill.

He has opened for artists including A$AP Rocky, Wu-Tang Clan, Nas, TV on the Radio, Gym Class Heroes, Cypress Hill, and The Roots, and has DJ’d for Travie McCoy, Atmosphere, El-P of Run the Jewels, The Pharcyde, Yelawolf, and Aesop Rock, among others. He has performed across the United States for 30 years, including on the stage at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.
